We specialize in the appraisal of detached and attached single family homes, 2-4 multi-family dwellings and residential land. Realpro Appraisals also provides residential appraisal review services. Our goal with transitioning to the Anow\u00ae on-line system is to make you as our client as efficient and streamlined as possible. Realpro Appraisals, Inc. is owned and managed by David W. Binz, SRA, a designated member of the Appraisal Institute. Designated appraisers make a commitment to pursue advanced education, maintain defined ethical requirements and promote higher expectations for the appraisal profession as a whole. David holds the SRA designation which is for appraisers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential real property.<\/span><\/p>

Realpro Appraisal staff appraisers work remotely and are geographically competent with their specific coverage area, stationed throughout the greater Chicagoland area.
